Will you add anything to my listing photos?
No. We never add trees, bushes, kitchen islands, furniture, decor, props, or anything else that isn’t in your photos. Every room, finish, and feature appears exactly as it does in the pictures. The only things we add are realistic people, captions, voiceover, and background audio.
Are the people in the video real?
No. The people in each scene are AI-generated to help buyers picture the space. We label every video as containing AI-generated people, and we recommend you keep that disclosure when you post it.
What do I need to send?
The listing URL or the listing photos, and the length you want. You must have the right to use the photos (for example, your brokerage’s photos or photos you licensed from your photographer).
Do you check the video before I get it?
Yes. Every video goes through a quality check before delivery: we look for visual glitches and AI artifacts (such as distorted hands or faces, warped objects, wrong reflections, or ghosting between scenes), captions that don’t match the scene, anything added that isn’t in your photos, and missing, quiet, or out-of-sync audio. Problems are fixed and the video is checked again before you see it. These internal fixes never count against your five included revisions.
How do revisions work?
Every video includes five free revisions for any changes you want, from swapping a scene or rewording a caption to fixing something that looks off. After your five free revisions, each paid edit is $7.50 per minute of the video: $7.50 for a one-minute video, $22.50 for a three-minute video, and $37.50 for a five-minute video. If you want the whole video rebuilt from scratch, that’s priced as a new video ($39, $99, or $149).
What if I find an error after delivery?
Our quality check is designed to catch errors before you see your video, and those fixes are always free. If you still find an error we missed (a visual glitch, a caption that doesn’t match the scene, something added that isn’t in your photos, an audio problem, or the wrong length), we fix up to two per video free. These fixes never count against your five free revisions. Any missed-error fix beyond two on the same video is $7.50 per minute of the video.
What does the $99 membership include?
Membership is $99 a month and includes 4 video credits every month. A one-minute video uses 1 credit, a three-minute video uses 2, and a five-minute video uses 4. That means one five-minute video, two three-minute videos, or four one-minute videos, or a mix, like one three-minute video plus two one-minute videos. Need more? Extra videos are $39 for one minute, $99 for three minutes, and $149 for five minutes. Every video comes with five free revisions and our quality check.
Do unused membership videos roll over?
No. Your monthly video credits are for that month only. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
Can I buy a video without a membership?
Yes. Non-members can buy single videos at the same prices: $39 for one minute, $99 for three minutes, and $149 for five minutes.
Why is my video a second or two shorter than the length I ordered?
On purpose. Each video may run 1 or 2 seconds shorter than its advertised length (one minute, three minutes, or five minutes) for compatibility with third-party websites. A one-minute video is never longer than 59 seconds, so no video ever runs as long as, or longer than, the length you ordered. Every video is length-checked before delivery: one-minute videos run 58-59 seconds, three-minute 2:58-2:59, five-minute 4:58-4:59.
How fast will I get my video?
Turnaround times will be confirmed before launch. [TURNAROUND TBC]
What format will I get?
Delivered as a 1080p HD MP4 ready to upload to third-party websites and social media, with a download link and one-click sharing to Facebook or Instagram. Videos are widescreen 16:9; a vertical version for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts is planned. [VERTICAL FORMAT TBC]
Do I need an account for the free sample or the first-video discount?
Yes. A free account is required before you can get a free sample video or a discounted first video. It takes your full name, email, and phone, with no payment and no membership. The sample’s length, the discount amount, and the limit per agent or brokerage are still being set. [OFFER TERMS TBD]
Do I have to agree to calls, texts, or emails?
No. Our forms have three separate, optional boxes for calls, text messages, and email, and all of them start unchecked. Consent is not required to create an account, get a sample, get a discount, or buy anything. Check only the ones you want.
How do I stop calls, texts, or emails?
Any time, on any channel. On a call, say “stop” or ask to be removed. For texts, reply STOP (or HELP for help). For email, click the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also use our opt-out page or email admin@onitoffers.com. We keep opt-outs permanently so we keep honoring them.
Can I get a refund?
Our refund policy is being finalized and will be posted before launch. [REFUND POLICY TBC]
